The content on these Teva Italia S.r.l. Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts are intended for residents of Italy. These Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account - @Teva_IT (“@Teva_IT”), Teva Italia (“@tevaitalia”), Teva Italia (@teva_it) - will be used for sharing information from Teva Italia S.r.l. with a sole shareholder registered office at Piazzale Luigi Cadorna, n. 4 – 20123, Milano (MI), and operational offices at Viale del Mulino, 1 pal. U10 - Centro Direzionale Milanofiori Nord - 20090 - Assago (MI), Partita IVA N. 11654150157 (“TEVA”), and are managed by TEVA communications and commercial teams on behalf of TEVA. These social media accounts are intended for sharing related information, news and events concerned healthcare or TEVA for healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, social media users or followers in Italy. We are excited to interact with you on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and look forward to fruitful and engaging dialogue.

You will find hereafter the Terms of Use governing your interaction with our social media accounts (hereinafter and referred to on the @Teva_IT, @tevaitalia and @teva_it as “Terms”). These Terms supplement Twitter, Facebook and Instagram terms in respect of your interactions, being specified that such interactions must also comply with Twitter, Facebook and Instagram terms. By interacting with our social media accounts you are deemed agreeing to comply with these Terms. If you are not covered by the geographical audience, please do not interact with our social media accounts. Purpose of @Teva_IT, @tevaitalia and @teva_it is to get the chance to share the latest news and updates from TEVA. Our social media accounts aren’t forums to discuss treatments or conditions, or a mechanism for reporting adverse events or side effects.Our social media accounts do not provide medical advice nor discusses about TEVA drugs or products of any kind, nor are allowed to report any side effects or other pharmacovigilance event to be reported that may be associated with TEVA products or products of other companies of Teva’s Group. Tweets, Posts or Photos from our social media accounts may contain information or details regarding TEVA activities that are not available or accessible in every country, but refers only to Italy.

We welcome your interactions, and we will try to reply to your questions in a timely manner. Due to the limitations of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and the regulated nature of the pharmaceutical industry, our replies may be brief. When possible, we will try to direct you to additional relevant information or support.
Our social media accounts will be regularly monitored and updated Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 in Central European time zone (UTC +1:00). Comments or questions posted outside of this time will be responded to as soon as possible during business hours.

TEVA speaks a lot of languages but the languages to communicate with our social media accounts through interaction are Italian or English. In the event You communicate with our social media accounts in another language than Italian or English, TEVA cannot guarantee that You will receive an answer from TEVA.

When interacting with TEVA on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, we encourage you to be respectful and polite; and to avoid sharing fraudulent, personally identifying, or confidential content. We will not respond to foul language; disparaging, defamatory, or inflammatory comments; or topics unrelated to TEVA. Our social media accounts welcomes feedback and ideas from all users of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and followers. However TEVA is not able to reply individually to all messages received via our social media accounts.

TEVA has no way of controlling the content of third-party users or sites, nor does TEVA endorse, or is TEVA responsible for, the content on third-party sites. TEVA does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of any Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts that our social media accounts follow, or more generally any information posted by users of any Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account even when they relate to TEVA’s products or activities. TEVA does not warrant their accuracy, and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from content posted by third parties’ on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram nor for any error, omission, defamation, or libel, whether they constitute interactions or not. You may decide to follow our social media accounts. Your following of our social media accounts should not be mentioned or presented as an endorsement by TEVA of your activity on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram or anywhere else, including in your interactions. You agree that the Terms shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Italian laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any claim or dispute arising between You and TEVA in connection with the validity, interpretation and performance in whole or in part from the Terms shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Italy. This version of the Terms have been updated on September 2018. The Terms may be subject to revisions from time to time. Continuing the interaction with our social media accounts shall be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check often for updates, as TEVA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time.
